I agree the listed images, audio, and information about me, and/or derivative works thereof may be used, broadcast and distributed by PAYO and its agents (including, but not limited to PAYO’s design agencies) without limitation, through any means, and I further agree that I have no rights to use, ownership or copyright in the same.

I hereby release PAYO, its employees, agents and assigns, from all liability which may arise from any and/or all claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation. It is understood PAYO is under no obligation to use any images, audio or information about me. I also understand that in no case shall I receive any compensation for such use or for my participation in PAYO’s marketing and/or promotional activities.
